Introducing San Mateo Chiropractor Dr. Greg Becker

I always knew I wanted to help people and this path was it. It’s about preventative, non-invasive care. I wanted people to see me and leave with big smiles on their faces. And you know I’m good when other chiropractors come to see me to get their adjustments. I will take care of you … be sure about that.

I went to Life West in Hayward. It was a rigorous program … and I received top honors.

I had a patient who lived up the street from my office. For several months, she had severe headaches to the point where she thought she was going nuts. She had been to several different types of doctors but nothing helped. She had nothing to lose at that point and she thought she’d give chiropractic a try. After 2 visits, her headaches finally disappeared. I’m officially part of her family.

I had another patient who had foot drop, in other words, a terrible limp. After a couple of visits, she was able to walk normally.

I love what I do. It’s about helping people and making them feel well again.

I love to be outdoors. If I didn’t live in California, I’d probably live in Hawaii where I could live next to the beach. I would surf every day of the year. When I’m not surfing, I’m golfing. When I’m not doing either one of these, I’m biking. I have to keep moving to keep my mind and body strong.

Give us a call so I can help you feel better about not only your back, but other aches and pains in the rest of your body as well. You’ll probably enjoy the visit.

Dr. Greg Asks some important questions of interest to San Mateo residents - Chiropractor San Mateo Dr. Greg Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
What happens if you stop chiropractic care when you feel better?
Many San Mateo folks recognize that this predisposes you to a relapse. Chiropractors know that muscles and ligaments supporting the spine don't fully heal until after symptoms subside.
